3-D Hangings
An antique Egyptian lock and key makes a unique wall hanging. Three-dimensional pieces in general are a great way to accent narrow wall spaces. This one hangs between two windows.
Yes, this is an interesting piece. The key (which is balanced in the middle) has little sticks that fit into the back releasing the big cross bar. It's a little complicated to explain but maybe you can get an idea.
Nice example of how to use interesting things as wall hangings. Also, I'm interested in how the lock worked. Can you tell?
